The WCB4 converts a conventional meeting-room setup into a more flexible wireless collaboration space.
Users can bring their own laptop, connect the presentation button and share content on the room display without running an HDMI cable across the table. During video meetings, the same system can provide access to compatible room cameras, microphones and speakers, allowing the user to host the meeting from the applications and accounts already available on their laptop.
This approach is known as BYOM - Bring Your Own Meeting. It is especially useful for businesses whose teams or guests use a mixture of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and other conferencing platforms.
