The aim is to make it easier to understand what type of solution fits the space before deciding which products to buy.
Video conferencing, audio and wireless collaboration
The Conferans catalogue includes equipment for different parts of the meeting-room experience, including video bars, professional conference cameras, microphones, speakerphones, wireless presentation and BYOM systems, room packages and compatible accessories.
For some businesses, the priority may be clearer video and better participant framing.
For others, the main problem is audio: people at the far end of the table are difficult to hear, or remote participants struggle to follow the conversation.

A free room proposal is included
Businesses planning a meeting space during the launch period can request a free, no-commitment room proposal.
Where possible, it helps to provide some basic information such as the approximate room dimensions, normal seating capacity, any equipment already installed and the meeting platform the team normally uses - for example Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
From there, we can help narrow the options and identify a practical next step.
For customers who would rather see equipment working before making a decision, Conferans also offers meeting-room demonstrations, allowing businesses to explore the equipment, room experience and practical fit before committing to a setup.
Planning an upgrade? You may not need to start again
Pre-orders are also open to businesses looking to improve an existing meeting room.
An upgrade does not automatically mean replacing the display, furniture and every piece of equipment already in the space.
In many cases, the better starting point is to identify what is actually causing friction. That might mean improving camera coverage, adding better microphones, introducing wireless presentation or BYOM, or simplifying how users connect their laptops to the room.
Where existing equipment can continue to serve the room effectively, the objective should be to build around it rather than replace it unnecessarily.
